1: Basic Account Registration

For most people, a basic account is a good starting point.
You need to provide true gender; birth year; blood type and zip code to set up your account. By default, we will encrypt your login and password and not save them in original form.

Pro: you can choose a meaningful login/password with less worry about being reviewed by a third party;

Con:we have to generate another temperate login or password should you forget them.

You can choose to save your login without encryption if you like. You can also optionally put in an email address or nick name. An email address will be necessary when you recover your login or password online. People who create an account for their kids might like to have a nick name displyed on each page.
Please remember your login/password and keep them safe. Unless you previously have saved an email address in your account, your accout will be no longer accessible if you forget your login or password.

From "Account Management" drop down menu, you can manage your account for update, credential retrieveal, delete and free upgrade. A physician who is interested in doing telemedicine with this site can also do an online registration. Our grown number of users are potential telemedicine clients.

2: Data Input

After setting up you basic account, you can book office visit memo, Lab result, dental treatment, vision, vaccine data etc. from the "Record Entry" drop down menu. We will keep them for your life time or ten years since your last account access.
Please notice that you have complete access control for your data. Nobody knows who you are even they get a piece of your record, if ever possible...

3: Search Data

You can search your data by time, key word and "hot word" drill down from "Record Search"drop down menu.

4: Telemedicine

You can optionally try our telemedicine service if your doctor is listed on this site. This is a handy feature for someone who has chronic problem and need to communicate with his/her doctor regularly. By law, you will need to use your true name to use telemedicine. Please refer to Premium Account for input telemedicine required information.
